Who do we need?
A highly motivated software engineer with excellent communication skills, who has a good understanding of maintaining software and enjoys building relationships with clients and team members. The role would be 4-5 days a week, we are looking for the equivalent of 30 to 37.5 hours a week.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of the support team, whose goal is to deliver peace of mind to customers that their software will continue to work in the long term. We focus on enhancing the software that we support rather than just maintaining, and our work involves lots of new feature development and technical debt reduction. As well as feature development, you will be resolving live issues, improving pro-active monitoring systems and ensuring excellence in the quality and maintainability of the software that our clients rely on.

What can we offer you?
*Ghyston has a flexible approach to hybrid working, however we do expect employees to be able to work from our central Bristol office for approximately half of their working week in order to help us upkeep our fun and sociable in-person culture.
